		<description>It seems that every country is wrestling with the trade offs between access, timely care and cost.  The one benefit of a free market system (and I don't advocate it necessarily) is that it demands certain efficiencies in the system.  Even if the overall cost is more (due to profit taking) I think the evidence is that the clinics run smoother.
